My Approach

Healthcare works best when it is collaborative.

My role is to help you make sense of your health history, current symptoms and lifestyle in a structured way so that the next steps become clearer.

Sometimes that work happens in a group setting, where shared experiences and accountability are valuable.

At other times, it requires more individual attention.

In both cases, the goal is the same: to understand what is happening in your body and decide on practical, realistic steps forward.

ASSESS

Checking your current lifestyle and symptoms, and looking for patterns.

CONSULT

Discussing your current status and ways to improve it.

STRATEGY

A clear plan for your current goals and the likely progression

REVIEW

Periodically taking two steps back to make sure we're on track.

Assessment

Our work together usually begins with a structured questionnaire.

The Comprehensive Health Evaluation Questionnaire (CHEQ) gathers information about your medical history, symptoms and lifestyle patterns. This helps identify meaningful patterns and areas that may require attention.

The Body Stress Score (BSS) is a shorter assessment used later in the process to monitor progress and highlight where attention may be most useful at a given time.

These tools provide structure and clarity — they are not diagnoses.

If you have previous test results or medical correspondence, these are also considered during the assessment process.

Consult

Once the CHEQ or BSS has been reviewed, we meet to discuss the findings and consider the most appropriate next steps.

This consultation can take place in person or online.

The aim is to clarify what your current situation means in practical terms and identify where the first priorities should lie.

For some people, this discussion provides enough clarity to begin implementing changes independently.

For others, it becomes the starting point for one of the structured programmes, where guidance and accountability support the process over time.

If further information is needed to fully understand your situation, recommendations for additional testing may also be made at this stage.

Strategy

Once your history and current situation have been reviewed, we decide on the most appropriate next steps.

Sometimes this may include further testing if it helps clarify direction. More often, the focus is on lifestyle factors such as sleep, nutrition, stress management and physical activity.

Together we establish a clear set of priorities and a realistic timeline for addressing them.

Some people choose to implement this strategy independently.

Others continue within one of the structured programmes where guidance and accountability are provided over time.

REVIEW

Progress in health rarely follows a straight line.

Regular review allows us to assess what is working, what needs adjustment and where attention should move next.

Some changes happen quickly. Others require patience.

Periodic review ensures that your strategy evolves as your health improves.
