A collaborative journey

Your body has its own unique way of doing things, navigating what you ask of it, and supporting you to do what you want in life. It is your best friend, your most trusted ally; the Thelma to your Louise - but don’t drive her off a cliff!


The basics of wellbeing only work when applied with simplicity and kindness in mind.


People often ignore nutrition and sleep, in favour of long working hours and protein shakes. For an athlete, rest and relaxation are paramount, yet the average person still defines success as an unrelenting strive for daily results. 


Almost everyone thinks achieving wellbeing is more complicated than it really is.


Whether you're a weekend runner, enjoy a round of golf at your local club, parent three energetic monsters, or are a woman in Menopause; I use the same approach with all my clients. The foundational principles are universal; what we'll do together is adapt them to your particular situation. 


We're all humans who want to get better. The question is how?

Due to a long battle with Crohn's Disease, I have been a patient of many physicians. I am grateful to everyone who has helped me over the years and for having achieved a definitive recovery. My journey often gave me the experience of being a 'walking unwell': outwardly, nothing is wrong, but inwardly, it's a very different story.  The frustration of putting a brave face on each setback and literally smiling through pain is a reality I know many live with.


My mission is to help people improve their current lifestyle and future wellbeing.


To quote Abraham Lincoln: “It’s not about the years in your life - but the life in your years.


Where do you find ‘ohmpf’ for life in general, let alone toward better health, when each day feels draining enough in itself? 


‘Ohmpf’ in my programme stands for ‘Optimal Human Metabolic and Physiological Function’, and I want to give you more of it! This programme meets you where you are and progresses in logical and manageable steps. What was elusive, will now feel achievable.


My job is to bridge the gap between healthcare science and your personal journey. 


The first step of working together has you completing an extensive health questionnaire and passing on any recent test results and previous diagnoses to me.

By knowing everything about your circumstances, I can assess everything and prepare for our initial consultation. After receiving this material, we will arrange to meet up within 2 weeks.

Requirement: 2 hours of your time



During the initial consultation (face-to-face or online), we will both have the opportunity to ask more in-depth questions and prepare for the initial stages of your journey towards better health. This will often include initial recommendations you can implement even before you receive your personalised plan.

Requirement: 1 hour of your time



Within a week after our initial meeting, I will send you your personalised ‘Wellbeing Strategy’. This may include recommendations for additional testing for greater insight. The Strategy will almost always have recommendations for Nutrition, Supplements and realistic Lifestyle Adjustments. One week later, we reconnect to answer any questions you may have about the Strategy.
