The As & When Package

£75 per session

This is recommended for those with a healthy lifestyle and no specific concerns that need to be addressed.
We will meet intermittently to fine-tune your current goals and the tools you use to achieve them.

 

This arrangement lends itself to specific short-term goals, which means your long- term goals and daily habits are maintained and monitored by you.

The Support Package (12 weeks)

£750* for 12 sessions over a 12-week period

Designed for those with a little further to travel on their wellbeing journey and who require ongoing encouragement to achieve sustainable change.



This plan is also ideal for those with more complex health concerns, a medical diagnosis, or who currently have long-term medical prescriptions.

What’s included:

 

  • Weekly half-hour consultations. These may include the following depending on your needs:

    • Weekly topics for discussion to gradually improve your habits and lifestyle. (The Recalibrate Wellbeing® programme)

    • Weekly food diary feedback

    • Nutritional recommendations

    • Downloadable own-brand recipe book specific to your needs

    • Supplement recommendations

    • Interventions with specific targets and measures of success (Typically 30-day duration)

      • These are assessed and adjusted in your weekly consultations.

    • Recommendations for ways you can monitor your progress between sessions.

 

All my recommendations are tailored to you, carefully considering your personal goals, lifestyle, routine, likes and dislikes.


The weekly support in this plan ensures you have little risk of steering off course – no matter what life throws at you.

The Transformation Package (12 months)

£6000* for weekly sessions over a 1-year period

If you are fully invested in optimising your health and wellbeing, and...

 

  • you realise there are bigger changes to make before you will be feeling your best, or

  • you already spend much time and effort in this area but feel you need someone to monitor and realise the best possible progress, or

  • you live or maybe make a living from an athletic lifestyle and want to optimise your performance and training regimes.

 

...then this is the package for you.


 

The duration of this programme is 12 months.

  • Weekly hour-long consultations, which are likely to include the following depending on your needs:

    • Weekly wellbeing themes for discussion and gradual improvement of lifestyle and healthy habits. (The Recalibrate Wellbeing® programme)

    • Monitoring and discussion of specific health metrics. These may include:

      • Sleep data

      • Heart rate variability

      • Training plan reviews

    • Weekly food diary feedback

    • Personalised nutrition/diet plan

    • Downloadable own-brand recipe book/s specific to your needs

    • Personalised supplement recommendations

    • Interventions with specific targets and measures of success (Typically 30-day in duration)

      • These are assessed and adjusted in the weekly consultations.

    • Complete reviews of the CHEQ questionnaire - or sections of the same - at intervals relevant to your progress.
