The reGroup - weekly drop-in sessions 

£40 per month - or £15 per session

The reGroup is a unique coaching program designed to support individuals in the second half of life, particularly those in their 40s and 50s, ready to take control of their health and wellbeing.

 

It is an empowering, friendly space where practical, science-backed advice on topics like sleep, nutrition, and exercise is delivered in an accessible, non-intimidating way.

Through weekly live 1-hour seminars, actionable tips, and consistent support, the reGroup aims to help participants enhance their healthspan and overall quality of life.

You can access this programme on either an ad-hoc basis, when a topic has a particular interest to you.  

Or, you can become a member of the group which gives you access to all previous webinars and the resources collected in the group over time.

At this stage, the reGroup is a men-only group.

The reCover  - 16-week structured journey towards health

A mixed-format 16-week programme 

Designed for those with a little further to travel on their wellbeing journey and who require ongoing encouragement to achieve sustainable change.



This plan is also ideal for those with more complex health concerns, medical diagnoses, or long-term medical prescriptions.

​

It is another group-based programme, but with monthly one-to-one consultations that address your individual needs in detail.

​​​

This mixed format allows you access to both general recommendations for people in your situation as well as an individualised plan for testing, diet, supplements and your particular lifestyle.

All my recommendations are tailored to you, carefully considering your personal goals, lifestyle, routine, likes and dislikes.


The weekly support in this plan ensures you have little risk of steering off course – no matter what life throws at you.

The reFocus -  6 months of regular 1-to-1 consultations

Weekly 1-to-1 sessions over a six-month period 

If you are fully invested in optimising your health and wellbeing, and...

 

  • you realise there are bigger changes to make before you will be feeling your best, or

  • you already spend much time and effort in this area, but feel you need someone to monitor and realise the best possible progress, or

  • you live or maybe make a living from an athletic lifestyle and want to optimise your performance and training regimes.

What’s included:

  • Weekly consultations, which are likely to include the following depending on your needs:

    • Weekly wellbeing themes for discussion and gradual improvement of lifestyle and healthy habits. (The Habits for Health® programme)

    • Monitoring and discussion of specific health metrics. These may include:

      • Sleep data

      • Heart rate variability

      • Training plan reviews

    • Personalised nutrition/diet plan and food diary feedback

    • Personalised supplement recommendations

    • Interventions with specific targets and measures of success (Typically 30-day in duration)

      • These are assessed and adjusted in the weekly consultations.

    • Complete reviews of the CHEQ questionnaire  at intervals relevant to your progress.
