reFocus
Six months of structured one-to-one care
Introduction to reFocus:
The reFocus is my fully individual programme for those living with persistent symptoms or complex health challenges who prefer a private and high-oversight approach.

While I strongly value the shared perspective of group work, some situations — and some personalities — are better suited to one-to-one care.
The reFocus provides bi-weekly consultations over a six-month period. This structure allows for detailed case review, deliberate sequencing of interventions and sustained oversight.
It is not a reactive consultation model.
It is a structured commitment.
Availability for reFocus is limited in order to maintain depth of care.

Is reFocus a fit for you?

This programme may be appropriate if:

-
You prefer privacy and discretion
-
Your case feels layered or complex
-
You value continuity and regular oversight
-
You require flexibility around professional or personal commitments
-
You are prepared to commit to a six-month process
The first step is to complete the Comprehensive Health Evaluation Questionnaire (CHEQ) and then to meet for an initial consultation.
During that meeting, we determine whether the programme is suitable. If it is not, I will say so.
How the programme works

Step 1: Comprehensive Review
You complete the CHEQ, allowing me to examine your medical history, symptom patterns and relevant background in detail.
At our first consultation, we review the findings and clarify priorities.
If we proceed, we establish a structured roadmap outlining the order in which areas will be addressed.

Step 2: Bi-Weekly Consultations
We meet every two weeks for six months.
Each consultation includes:

-
Review of progress
-
Adjustment of priorities
-
Targeted lifestyle and nutritional guidance
-
Consideration of supplementation where appropriate
-
Testing decisions when clinically relevant
-
Coordination with existing medical care
Between sessions, I review your case and refine strategy as needed.
The six-month timeframe allows sufficient space for meaningful assessment and steady adjustment.
Step 3: Testing and Monitoring
Testing, when appropriate, is included within the programme.
This allows decisions to be guided by clinical relevance rather than financial hesitation.
Tests are used to clarify direction or monitor meaningful change — not to generate unnecessary data.
All interpretation is integrated into your roadmap.

The CHEQ & BSS Assessments
The Comprehensive Health Evaluation Questionnaire (CHEQ) forms the foundation of this work.
It gathers a structured overview of your medical history, symptoms and lifestyle patterns in order to identify meaningful patterns.

The Body Stress Score (BSS) may be used during the programme to monitor system-level stress and track directional change.

These tools provide clarity and structure — not labels.

How reFocus differs from reCover

Both reCover and reFocus serve individuals living with persistent or complex health challenges.
-
The reCover combines group-based learning with individual consultations within a structured 16-week framework.
-
The reFocus offers fully individual oversight, greater scheduling flexibility and a longer six-month commitment.
The choice is primarily one of format and personal preference.

Frequently asked questions:

“Why choose one-to-one rather than group?”
Some individuals prefer privacy or feel their situation requires more focused attention.
The reFocus allows for deeper immersion in your specific case and greater flexibility in scheduling.

“Is this faster than the group programme?”
No responsible programme can promise speed.
The reFocus offers more direct oversight, but progress remains dependent on your starting point and the nature of your condition.
The emphasis is on structure and continuity — not acceleration.

“Will this replace my medical care?”
No.
The reFocus works alongside your existing healthcare providers. My role is to help you organise, prioritise and apply lifestyle and behavioural strategies within a structured framework.

“What level of commitment is required?”
The reFocus is structured as a six-month programme with bi-weekly consultations.
This timeframe is intentional and designed to allow sufficient depth and review.

How to Begin
The first step is to complete the CHEQ and book an initial consultation.
