The problem isn’t a lack of information; information is easy to come by nowadays. If anything, there’s too much of it. What is missing is clarity, support, and a trusted space to obtain real answers.

That’s why I created the reGroup.

It is the first of its kind interactive wellbeing community for men of a certain age.
It includes weekly live sessions with me, community support, access to my methods, as well as case studies and applications tailored to your needs.
Each session will address a topic relevant to our goals.
A brief, engaging presentation will provide ample detail on the topic, making it clear and offering straightforward suggestions for improving this specific aspect of your wellbeing.
In 15 to 20 minutes, you will be equipped to use this for yourself and have enough knowledge to guide others.
After each session, we gather for ‘The After Show, ' a casual space to discuss anything and everything related to general health and well-being.
Each weekly session will last no longer than an hour and will be filled with relevant and interesting information.
Accountability is the key to success; therefore, we have:

The space is hosted by an AI assistant that can provide general advice and will be monitored regularly to provide more specific guidelines if necessary.
