Each week, we focus on one essential pillar of health:

  • Foundational supplementation

  • - or any other topic relevant to our goal

 

You receive a focused email introducing the theme.

We then meet for a live 60-minute online session.

 

Each session provides:

  • Open Q&A and discussion
